Thai high school graduates from Australia set on the path to a bright future

Australia’s Deputy Head of Mission, Mr Simon Farbenbloom, recently presided over a valedictory luncheon and award presentation held by CETA Worldwide Education. The event recognised the outstanding achievements of 21 Thai Year 12 graduates from Australian schools.

CETA Worldwide Education, a specialist education consultancy service, organised a special luncheon to congratulate the group of Thai students who recently completed secondary school studies in Australia. As well as being valuable members in their school communities, some of them won academic excellence rewards from their schools. Many will also return to Australia to study in their chosen course at a top Australian university.

Australia is internationally recognised for its education excellence across a wide range of program and disciplines. Australia is trusted by parents and students as a reliable, safe and high-quality choice for education.

With its geographical proximity to ASEAN countries and multi-cultural environment, Australia provides a first-rate setting for Thais to deepen their academic knowledge, and to develop English language and cross-cultural skills in preparation for the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.

Each year approximately 21,000 Thai students enrolled in courses across Australia, making it Thailand’s preferred education destination.
