Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for the draw, the coupon must be stamped with one (1) stamp each (3 stamps in total) at Dazzle, Eden 2 and Atrium 2 exhibition areas. The entrant is responsible for depositing this coupon in one of the three lucky draw entry boxes located at each exhibition area.
2. The lucky draw will be conducted on 22 July 2012 at 4.30pm at CentralWorld.
3. The winner will receive two (2) return Qantas economy class air tickets from Bangkok to Australia (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
4. If the winner is under 18 years of age, he/she must provide written parental consent to accept the prize.
5. The winner is responsible for ensuring that he/she has a valid passport and visa to visit Australia.
6. The winner will be informed directly by the Australian Embassy by phone.
7. The winner’s name will be posted on the Australian Embassy website (www.thailand.embassy.gov.au)
    

PRIZE TICKET - TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY QANTAS

1. Travel is valid on Qantas Airways only.
2. Ticket is not endorsable and not transferable.
3. Ticket cannot be exchanged, re-routed or refunded for cash or any services.
4. The ticket must be issued by 30 October 2012 and fully utilised by 31 January 2013. Otherwise, they will be deemed as forfeited. We regret that no extension of date of validity is permitted.
5. The ticket is the Economy class ticket subject to availability.
6. Flight bookings for Prize Tickets are made using a special booking class code. If seats are not available in this special booking class, an alternative flight must be sought (even though seats may be available for commercial tickets). Please note that there will be some period of which the embargo occurs, so please kindly check with our reservations.
7. Reservations for all sectors of Prize Tickets must be made prior to ticket issuance.
8. Any unused portion (in full or part) will not be valid for travel thereafter.
9. As such, please ensure that you make your bookings in advance and allow us at least 15 working days to process the necessary administration work requires for the ticket.
10. Qantas Airways is not responsible for any taxes, including departure tax, personal tax or transfer charges. You should ensure that you have all the appropriate travel documents eg. Passport, visas etc. for entry into the country of destination. These are your responsibility.
11. No replacement ticket will be issued in case of you cancelling your ticket or being unable to fly for whatever reasons. Further, no compensation is due for involuntary transfer or denied boarding.
12. No additional money can be paid in order to change or upgrade on any Prize Ticket.
13. Prize Tickets must not be sold, bartered or exchanged for money or any other consideration, must not be donated or passed on to another event or be used as a sponsorship or contribution or as a prize under any circumstances.
