Talented Australian Game Designer Mr Trent Kusters, of League of Geeks, will share the stage at “Game on: the power of the digital age” at the 2015 Thailand Innovation and Design Expo (T.I.D.E.) on Saturday 19 September 2015, 13.30 -17.00 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
Game on: the power of the digital age seminar aims to excite, inspire and raise awareness of digital technology as a new channel for business. Australian game developers are recognised for their design creativity, innovation, quality and technical skills in games, tools and platforms.
Mr Trent Kusters is Co-founder and Director of the Australian indie game development collective “League of Geeks” and is also Chair of the Freeplay Independent Games Festival, Lecturer at the Victorian College of the Arts, Industry Advisor to RMIT and the Digital Games Research Association Australia. He has previously consulted the Australian film industry on game development and design. Trent has also invested in the future of game development by fostering and mentoring young developers in the Australian game development community.
At the seminar, Trent will share his creative and business experience, drawing on League of Geeks’ debut title “Armello”, a fantasy digital board game which was crowd-funded in 2014 and released on Sep 1, 2015.
