Press Release 2013 - Science Fair

Australia’s collaboration with Thailand at the Thai Science Fair 2013

The Australian Embassy in Bangkok, in cooperation with Thailand’s National Science Museum, is pleased to be hosting a free seminar as part of the National Science and Technology Fair 2013 on Wednesday 14 August at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC), Bangna, Bangkok.

The seminar will showcase important recent developments in Australian science and technology research that could be applied in Thailand, and will focus on renewable energy and nanotechnology. It will be an excellent opportunity for Thailand and Australia to strengthen our education and research relationship in science and technology.

Separately, the National Science Museum will also host an exhibition at BITEC developed by Questacon, Australia’s national science and technology museum. The exhibition features a broad range of scientific themes, including the principles of music and sound, human biology, light, force and motion, perception and puzzles.

The seminar will be held at RM 214 meeting room, second floor, BITEC Bangna.
