for a ‘Fit N Fun’ morning at Benjakitti Park

The Australian Embassy, in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and Australia’s leading fitness chain operating in Thailand, Jetts Fitness, is thrilled to invite members of the public to get active and energised at its upcoming “Fit N Fun” morning at Benjakitti Park.
Designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and community involvement, the event will feature two engaging LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ and LES MILLS DANCE™ programs led by professional instructors from Jetts Fitness. Both sessions are suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
Australian Ambassador to Thailand Dr Angela Macdonald PSM said, “Fit N Fun highlights Australia’s commitment to health and wellness, and community connection.”
“This is a wonderful opportunity to bring our communities closer through something as universal as movement and wellbeing, and we hope this event inspires people to embrace healthy lifestyles while having fun together.”
Jetts Fitness CEO Mike Lamb said, “We’re excited to bring high-energy workouts to the community in a friendly outdoor setting. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, we’re here to help you move, sweat, feel great, and most importantly, have fun.”
Attendees can expect a vibrant atmosphere, guided workout sessions, and a chance to network with others who share an interest in health and fitness. The first 200 participants will receive a free giveaway.
Free light refreshments will be also available, supported by Minor International along with healthy goodies from Jetts, Swisse, Farmers Union and Pauls.
